Use of our event and conference spaces includes full access to The Bank’s amenities — including tea, coffee, filtered water, and a comfortable chill space — with 15 minutes either side of your booking to get yourself a cuppa and tidy up when you’re done.
The Farm
Located in the South End of the building, The Farm is perfect for small events, board meetings or training and workshops for up to 20 people, depending on room configurations.

The Works
The Works is our upstairs training and conference room and - with its own cloakroom and chill space - has all the comforts you need. An urn is available upon prior request, oh and did we mention the view?!

The Bank
A stunning and functional option in central Oamaru to showcase your next product launch or celebrate that important occasion! The Bank is available during the evening and on weekends and features a dramatic hive mural, living wall and a gigantic light installation (that can be colour co-ordinated to match your theme).

Optional audio visual equipment can be configured to broadcast or support online conferencing using a 75” smart TV, Chromecast and/or HDMI.
The kitchen zone incorporates a 16-seater stainless steel island along with two ovens (one commercial, one standard) to make catering a breeze. Alternatively, have catering delivered right to the kitchen door - or park a food truck at the back, too easy!
Bring your playlist and bluetooth it direct to our stereo or hire one of our many local bands!
Please note, The Bank is available for hire evenings, weekends and public holidays as it is unavailable during work hours; M-F, 8.30am - 5pm.
South End (Plus)
The multifunctional ‘South End’ wing can function as a three (South End) or four (South End Plus) roomed conferencing facility surrounding a light and central break out area, any day of the week. With its own entrance and a variety of spaces that can function as training, break out and catering zones it is perfect for boutique conferences.

Evenings and weekends, The Business Hive is a perfect conferencing centre. The Bank functions as your plenary space with breakout and catering options aplenty. The South End gives you four individual workshop spaces centred around The Race which can function as another breakout space or fifth workshop space.
