Workspaces to suit your needs in Oamaru

Our reason for being

Our mission is to help local businesses work together to support a thriving local economy and enhanced economic development opportunities for all.

Our vibrant coworking space right in the heart of Oamaru’s CBD offers a wide variety of spaces to support your business needs.

We also created Waitaki App to strengthen community connections and champion small businesses so that all parts of our district can thrive.

Our workspaces

We offer a full range of affordable workspaces for hire, each space inspired by our iconic local industries. The Bank, a large communal coworking space, two boardroom / training rooms called ‘The Farm’ and ‘The Works’, formal and informal meeting areas, focus-enhancing bookable desks with second screen, shared as well as private offices (with ‘The Manufactory as our permanent shared office) and a variety of fit-for-purpose meeting, training, treatment and event spaces - all for short or long term hire.

Too easy!

We’ve paid attention to the details so you don’t have to. Our spaces are air-conditioned and individually ventilated and include high speed WiFi, free teas and coffee and a culture of inclusion for all. The tech is plug and play. Online booking makes reserving a space or becoming a member an easy self-managing experience.
